An interview panellist earns based on the number of interviews he / she takes per month.
Yes. Provided the Technical Discussion for those skill areas are completed. At the time of onboarding you are going to be cleared by a Technical Expert based on the skills sets for which you applied for. But if you want to become a panellist for multiple skills sets, you can request for a Technical Discussion on the domain / skills set.
Yes. There is a HR Evaluation to explain to you our policies and guidelines and also check if you align with it or not. After the HR Evaluation, you go through technical evaluation by a Technical Expert based on the skills for which you want to become an Interview Expert.
No. The choice is yours. Our platform is to match the companies interview requirement with the technical interview panellists. You can log in to our system and check client requirements and timings suitable for the candidate. If the timing match with your availability, you can show your willingness by opting for the interview. However Panls may approach you to take the interviews on certain times but you can accept or reject based on your availability.
It depends on your availability and requirements. Ideally you can try to do 2 to 4 interviews per day.
In interviewing you generally do not expose any confidential information about your company. And you are doing it during your free time.
As far as possible avoid doing interviews for the company you are working for as well as your company's immediate competitors.
